CO2 also stunts the growth of plants... especially most staple food
crops. And heat and drought do so, as well. Meat uses more than ten
times the land area and something like 50 times more water per calorie
than plant-based food.

Feeding humans by means of a vegetarian diet feeds more, not fewer, humans from a given
amount of arable land than using meat, because animals need to eat, and they are not
efficient at converting plant food into food for humans.
