the field, Joseph has struggled to live up
to his early-pick billing since arriving as
the 44th overall pick in 2021 ... .

With his spot on the roster threatened by
several offseason additions, the corner-
back may be resorting to one final push
to keep a star on his helmet: as the Cow-
boys reconvened in Frisco for organized
team activities, Joseph was seen working ...

.... with the safeties. ... or, at least, working
less as a boundary corner. Joseph's future
was indirectly placed in jeopardy when the
Cowboys traded for Stephon Gilmore & en-
joyed the rise of depth options like DaRon
Bland & Nahshon Wright.

Through 2 seasons Joseph has appeared
in 26 games, making only 3 starts & being
involved in just 2 turnovers, forcing a fum-
ble & recovering a fumble.

The supposed switch to safety could also
be a sign the Cowboys plan to use Joseph
in more nickel packages, a role he played
well in ... high school ... .
