Given the aforementioned outlining of "DIALECTIC OF HYPOSTATIC UNION
WHICH AS MANIFESTING NORM PRODUCES THE UNIFIED ACTION OF AUTOSTASIS"
that accommodates both HELGIAN / MARX dialectics into an unified
conception of causality.

1) PUTIN would be aware whether his STATE visits with the PAPAL
AUTHORITY involved any disclosure of the #38 - SATOR / #33 - TENET /
#34 - ROTAS dynamic as a diabolical issue of disruption to the STATE
(eg: #249 - IRISH CATHOLIC REPUBLICAN ACTIVISM and their WWII neutrality).

2) Such is an important differentiation issue which (then as a failure
to disclose) is likely consequential an exasperation of an existential
crisis (ie. a valid concern of being) and rationalisations upon history

optimal time for peace negotiations to commence is immediately after the
conclusion of the RUSSIAN election.

Whether the world likes it or not a turbulent HYPOSTASIS (eg:
consequential existential crisis) requires a stable AUTOSTASIS (eg:
leader) for any requisite action.
