How well does Google Translate know English?
The following is from a video sent by Whatsapp:

Translation to Spanish exercise:
I eat a little coconut, so I buy a little coconut

I comment:
It looks like it needs translation to English first:
I eat some coconut, so I bought some.

A Hispanic translates it as:
Como poco coco como,
poco como compro.

My niece who took a few Spanish classes in school says
this hispanic translated it wrong to make it funny and it
should be:
“Como poco coco, entonces compro poco coco”.

I comment:
Google translates that back to English as:
I eat little coconut, so I buy little coconut.

Google Translate doesn't seem to know English!
