An acquaintance who lived in a remote location only used his card
occasionally when he visited Glasgow where he scratched his number in the
paint of a window frame alongside the ATM , worked fine till he got there
one day and found the window frame had been repainted.

Only 4 Black 5s had names, all originally based in Scotland, and none of
which survive. All subsequent names were added in the preservation era.

There was a time when I could remember most of the names of London
Midland region steam locos, but other regions were a bit of a mystery,
and I never bothered to try and remember diesel or electric loco names.

I assume some of the GBVI coaches are being moved to strengthen the initially short Jacobite rake, plus to form the
second Jacobite service (starts on 6 May).
