The catenary seems to have been installed much higher than usual — look at
the giraffe pantograph on the green electric loco.

I think they have had a programme of clearing routes where they have wished
to run such trains,I would think he extra inches of the 5ft 6” gauge track
makes them more stable than doublestacks elsewhere . The brake vans
somewhat reminiscent of SR Queen Mary one look a bit strange on such a
train though. India also has some quite fast expresses which bat through
stations at 125mph with people wandering over tracks .

Not only people. There's a few videos on youtube showing some "sacred" cows
becoming sacred offal in a few tenths of a second.
