When did you last visit? The only windswept parts are whats left of the
docks themselves. All the open plazas are relatively small other than on top
of the JLE and the one next to the main tower and even that got partly built
on on the east side about 20 years ago.

Last summer, on a tour round London to explore the newly through-opened
Elizabeth Line.

I must have imagined the open space which had some sort of community
festival event, and all the open paved plazas and wide steps between
them. Not to mention Jubilee Park.
