rain up to 0330z, then dry. Cloudy since dawn, mainly medium and
high cloud, with sunshine getting through at times.

RMK Cu fra. Dry since 09z and mainly cloudy though with a few short
sunny intervals an hour either side of midday, mostly medium and high
cloud at first, but Sc has been increasing, especially since midday.
Max temp so far +7.3 at 1442z
