Today is the 28th consecutive day without rain. It's been glorious again, the sea breeze effect killed the E wind down at Sennen, near calm on the beach.

This is a new record for me (records start 1991) beating 27 consecutive drydays in April 1997.

We've also had a staggering amount of sunshine over the last 3 weeks

Camborne 12th - 30th May inc:
Sunshine = 224.9 hours
Average = 11.8 hours per day
Percentage of available sunshine = 75%

It's all carried on into June.

It's also been warm overall, May in Penzance
Mean Maximum: 17.4C (1.2)
Mean Minimum: 10.6C (1.4)
Mean: 14.0C (1.3)

Nothing lot as warm as western Ireland though.
