Wokingham 0900z 350 10/20kt 50km 1Cu030 4Cs220 (2Ci250)
RMK COTRA Cu hum. 22 deg halo. Variable cloud and sunny
intervals after 15z with some Cu con locally, and a shower to
the east. Upper cloud thickened and lowered during the evening
with a period of mainly mod rain 0230 to 0500z, briefly heavy
near 0200 and 0222z. Lower cloud cleared away to the east after
dawn, but a Cs edge lying NE-SW is nearly stationary overhead.
