I wonder how he balances his 2 lives. When he performs with his band and his songs he can sell out MSG several times and he is the boss. When he is with the Dead he plays none of his songs and I suspect has no leadership roles. What a difference! I know he makes big $$$ with the Dead but he could make big $$ without them and I suspect he no longer needs the $$
